Fitness blog
The first beep test of the year I had the score of 6.7 which I'm not very proud of. I will improve my fitness a lot by the end of the year by starting now! I'm going to work really hard on my core and work really hard on the days I work out my legs, so I have more power in my legs and more power in my core for having a stronger body and running longer distances. I hope that every time I do the beep test my score is improving so I know, me working hard is paying off.

blog entery
attendance: I think my attendance in gym 8 has been good. I have been coming to class mostly always, just not the days that I wasnt't feeling good. So I hope I keep up my attendance the same way! and I will not miss a class.
fitness: My fitness has improved since the beginning of the year! My beep test score has went up, My community run timing has went up as well, also when we do the runs around the lower field my laps have increased. So I am proud of my work. I tried to work as hard as I could to get my fitness up!
class dynamic: I bring a positive attitude to class. I always bring my gym strip. And I bring a lot of energy to class, and I am also prepared for gym. so i can say that i bring a positive attitude to class.
Physical Education: Physical Education means that you come a class with a lot of enthusiasm and with a positive attitude! You come to gym like you would come to any other class. Brining all your materials, coming prepared, helping out others, and being polite to one another. So PE is a very fun class where you can have lots of fun but have to try your hardest at the same time.
barriers: I sometimes tend to socialize with my friends, but I do play soccer outside of school mostly every single day.
letter grade: I think i deserve an A because i pushed myself every fitness day! And I am proud of my overall work habits.

My work habits are better than first semester because i participate more and i think i am more involved. I always have a positive attitude and bring my gym strip most the time. since i play soccer, im always doing physical activities and also i have joined the junior girls soccer team. my goal is to get more fit and to continue to participate more. i want to contribute more with helping with the equipment and clean up, im enjoying so far this and hope to all year long.
